Assistive Technology Playground with the ATP Education Team
Friday May 1, 2026 7:15am - 2:00pm CDT
Assistive Technology Playground with the ATP Education Team
Step right up to the Supportive and Assistive Technology Playground! We have created a hands-on space where you can explore and play with tools that helps students access learning, communicate, and participate more fully in the classroom.

This isn’t a sit-and-listen session. It’s your chance to touch it, try it, and see it in action. Test out tools that support reading, writing, communication, access, and independence, and discover ideas you can take straight back to your classroom or IEP team.

At the playground you can:
·       Try tools that support reading and writing
·       Explore communication and AAC supports
·       Test switches, access tools, and alternative input
·       Get quick ideas for matching tools to student needs
·       Chat with AT specialists and ask all your “How would this work for my student?” questions

Whether you're AT-curious or AT-savvy, come wander through, try something new, and leave with ideas that can help students access, participate, and succeed.

Come play with us!
