Andy Boell is the owner of Midwest Cyber, LLC, a cybersecurity consultancy specializing in K-12 school districts, SLTT organizations, small defense contractors, and small businesses. He holds a CISSP, Certified CMMC Professional, CompTIA Security+, and CETL credentials, along with master's degrees in Information Assurance (Dakota State University) and Education (University of Nebraska). As a CIS SecureSuite Vendor and the creator of FrameworkMapper — a multi-framework cybersecurity assessment platform — Andy brings deep expertise in translating complex compliance frameworks into practical, actionable tools for schools.

Andy previously served as Cybersecurity Director at the Nebraska Cybersecurity Network for Education (NCNE/ESUCC). Andy is passionate about making cybersecurity accessible and manageable for the educators and administrators who need it most.
