I serve as a Technology Integration Specialist for the Diocese of Lincoln, where I’ve spent the past eight years supporting 30 schools as they navigate and make the most of classroom technology. Before stepping into this role, I spent 18 years in the classroom teaching PE, Computers, Algebra, and Pre-Algebra.
Since the release of ChatGPT, much of my work has focused on helping teachers explore artificial intelligence in ways that are practical, manageable, and actually useful.
I also serve as a Clever and Canva administrator and helped lead our diocesan rollout of Clever and student MFA - a very scary thought, but a much needed tool to keep our network safe.
I am a second-year IXL Ambassador, an IXL administrator for our diocese, and have attended multiple IXL Live trainings, including sessions specifically for school leaders.
I genuinely enjoy tools like IXL, Canva, Curipod, Short Answer, and Clever because of the power they give teachers and students without adding unnecessary complexity.
I’m a perpetual learner who enjoys learning new things from others and helping make technology feel a little less overwhelming.
